Every April, San Andreas slips into that familiar 420 mood, but this year it feels bigger, louder, and way more profitable. If you've been grinding lately, you've probably already noticed how the week is set up to reward just about every kind of player, from casual roamers to people managing full businesses and browsing things like GTA 5 Modded Accounts between sessions. The map feels different right now. Blaine County's oddballs are out in force, the city has that low-key festival energy, and Rockstar's basically thrown a stack of boosted payouts onto the table. If you're smart about it, this isn't one of those event weeks you check once and forget. It's one you build your whole playtime around.
The Peyote plants have returned, and honestly, that's enough on its own to get people exploring again. There are 76 hidden around the map, and each one sends your character into a weird blackout before dropping you back in as an animal. It's still one of the funniest things in GTA Online. You can go from a normal session to flapping around as a bird or sprinting through traffic as some tiny menace in minutes. But it isn't only for laughs. If you're trying to stack RP without doing the usual mission loop, this is a solid way to do it. You wander, you find a cactus, you eat it, and the rank gains start adding up. For players who are burned out on heists and sell missions, that's a nice change of pace.
For straight cash, the big story early in the week is the 4X bonus on pizza deliveries and Hunting Pack (Get Lamar). Yeah, pizza jobs sound ridiculous, but the money's real. A short set of deliveries can pay out over $80,000, and you don't need a huge setup to start. That's why newer players should jump on it first. It's simple, fast, and way less stressful than trying to survive a public lobby sale mission. Hunting Pack is worth your time too, especially if you like chaotic vehicle modes. Escorting Lamar's van while the other team tries to wreck the run turns into a mess almost every match, but with boosted rewards, nobody's complaining. It's one of those modes that's actually fun even when you lose.
Then Thursday, April 23, changes everything. That's when Smoke on the Water deliveries jump to 10X payouts, which is honestly kind of wild for GTA Online. Rockstar doesn't hand out business money like that very often. If you own the property, you should already be planning around it. Clear space in your schedule, make sure everything's ready, and log in early if you can. This could be one of those rare windows where a few focused hours turn into millions. Players are always looking for the best weekly grind, and this one might beat almost all of them. If you're trying to make serious progress, build up your empire, or just get ahead without wasting time, this is the week to do it, and plenty of people keeping an eye on GTA 5 Accounts for sale will probably be doing the exact same thing while the bonuses last.
