Los Santos has turned into a proper side-hustle playground this week. If you've been meaning to build up a fresh character, clean up an old one, or just jump back in without feeling miles behind, GTA V Accounts can be part of that wider grind while the city is paying out so well. Rockstar's latest update puts the spotlight on Odd Jobs, and it's not just filler work. These are quick shifts with a bit of personality, double GTA$ and RP, and enough variety to stop the usual cash loop from feeling stale.
The three new Odd Jobs are the kind of activities that work best when you don't want a full heist setup or a sweaty race lobby. Firefighter is the loud one. You're putting out fires, dealing with gas leaks, and even rescuing people, plus the odd cat, because Los Santos loves making everything slightly weird. Forklift Operator is slower, but in a good way. You're at the Alpha Mail warehouse, shifting pallets and keeping shipments moving. It's simple, steady, and oddly relaxing. Paper Route is the most laid-back of the bunch, sending you across town with newspapers for the Los Santos Meteor. None of these jobs are complicated, but that's the point. You can hop in, get paid, and move on.
This week, all Odd Jobs are paying out 2x GTA$ and RP, including the older ones. That makes them much easier to recommend, especially for players who usually ignore side activities because the money feels too thin. RC Time Trials, Issi Classic Races, and the Community Race Series are also running double rewards, so racers have a reason to stay busy too. Taxi Work gets 2x GTA$ as well, even without the RP boost, which is still decent if you like driving around the map without much pressure. Finish five different Odd Jobs and you'll also unlock the Downtown Cab Co. Revere Collar Shirt, delivered within 72 hours.
The weekly challenge is tied to Pizza Delivery, and it's one of the easier targets you'll see. Complete five deliveries and you'll earn the Pizza This Tee plus GTA$300,000, with the payout boosted this week. It's not hard money, which is why a lot of players will probably knock it out before touching anything else. Business owners should also check on their Cocaine Lockup, since production is doubled. That means stock builds faster, sales come around sooner, and your passive income feels less passive in the best possible way.
The free Pegassi Pizza Boy is the obvious pickup, especially if you're doing delivery work anyway. Cocaine Lockup properties and upgrades are 40% off, which pairs nicely with the production boost. There are also 30% discounts on several vehicles, including the Fire Truck, Taxi, Zorrusso, Shamal, and Freecrawler. Over at the Gun Van, the Service Carbine is 50% off, while GTA+ members can grab the Military Rifle at 30% off. If you're trying to stretch your cash, stack the discounts with the weekly bonuses instead of buying random toys first. Players who'd rather skip some early grind may look to buy GTA V Accounts as another route, but the current event still gives everyone plenty of honest ways to earn fast and mess around while doing it.
