Anyone using closed top 210L drums for waste oil collection?

Our auto workshop goes through a decent amount of oil changes and we've just been dumping the used oil into whatever random containers we had lying around, but it's getting out of hand. I want to get proper drums with screw caps that seal tight and don't leak smell all over the place. I've been looking at a closed top 210 litres drum because that seems like a standard size that waste oil collectors will actually take when full. My main question is about pumping the oil out or into the drum. Do you guys use a drum pump that screws into one of the bungs, or do you just pour from drain pans through a funnel? The closed top seems like it would be awkward to fill without making a mess unless you have a proper transfer system. Also wondering about labeling requirements for waste oil storage, do I need to put anything specific on the drum or just write "used oil" with a marker? I don't want to get in trouble if the inspectors show up. Any advice from other small shops on how you handle this would be great. Also how many oil changes roughly until a 210L is full? Just trying to figure out how often I'll need to call for pickup. Thanks.
