    Great support and effect..

    Pros: Very effective and provides complete body support in workouts.
    Cons: Till now I am not able to find faults..
    Summary: My previous ab rollers prove to be bad experience so I switched to them and I am glad I did that. They provide great body support thus allowing you extended workouts and very effective. With in few days you will start noticing effects as they work on the targeted areas effectively. I would highly recommend Power Ab Roller
