Summary:
We have ceramic tile throughout the house with area rugs. The design is awful. There is only one adjustment to lower the vacuum to get under things. It is not low enough to get under much of anything. It also makes it very difficult to go from tile to carpet. We end up picking it up and when we do, the top comes apart. We constantly have to bang on the piece holding the hose on because it come apart. Also, putting the section of the canister that has the filter back on the main collection part is very, very, very difficult!
